Welcome to our audiobook recording services. 

We can provide you with a flat PFH (price per finished hour) rate to complete your audiobook project as listed below.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars.

Simple Promo audio for your book:

- $250 flat rate for a 10-minute promo (recording of any point in your novel or novella) finished in the correct published format.

**Note** You can record your novel any time after the end of the promotion as we understand it can take years to finish a book and we are happy to accommodate your timeframe. The promotion is simply reserving a recording slot for the future.

Full Book Audio Recording:

- $150 PFH but 25% discount for your first novella/novel if you do promo with us. This would make the cost of a recording project $110 PFH (with more than 25% discount if you do promo with us). This price includes a single voiceover artist to narrate your book.

- Available until the end of November 2026 (price offered if booked and deposit made by this date).

​

- If you decide to do the voiceover yourself, it will cost $90 instead of $100. So, a 10% discount.

We have a special on currently.  $250 flat rate for audiobook promo (5-10 minutes of audio). Producing an MP3 and a backup .WAV file (with full zipped session), prepped in a publishable format. Music can be provided on request.
If you wish to partake of this offer, we can then give you a 25% discount for the first session with us.

So $110 PFH with $25% discount instead of $150 PFH.

For multi-voice audiobooks, please contact us to inquire about a price to complete such a project.

 

Editing Services:

If you have completed a recording yourself and are looking for an engineer to edit and master the recording, we can provide this service for you. Please contact us about a price to provide this service for you.

Meet your audio engineer:

David Stone worked as a sound engineer for over twenty years in studio, broadcasting, and live sound touring for many well know artists before teaching the subject. As a very experienced engineer, he offers you the peace of mind that your project will be finished to a high standard and on time. 

We offer a no fuss high-quality product for those wishing to record an audiobook at very reasonable rates, no matter where you are.

We operate for both local and international clients, tailored to the audiobook publisher of your choice.
Should you be an international client or local and not wish to voice the project yourself, then we can provide the voiceover talent, all worked into the price per finished hour. 

We offer a flat rate of $150 NZD PFH for audio services for audiobooks, including the voiceover artist.

Should you choose to voice your own work, then a rate of $110 NZD PFH is offered.

All production work will be provided in a digital format of your choosing, depending on which audiobook sales provider (publisher you have chosen). These requirements will be worked out during the pre-production stage of the project.
